Learning to eat healthily has become of primary importance for all of us. For some people, this became inevitable after discovering they had heart disease, diabetes, or obesity. For others, eating healthy food is essential for maintaining optimal health. Whatever your motivation for seeking a balanced diet, 3-in-1 Diet Cookbook by Dr. Shantha Kumar will surely help you find the solution that is right for you. After an introductory part in which Dr. Kumar examines the previously mentioned diseases and gives useful information even to healthy people, 3-in-1 Diet Cookbook presents a series of recipes, complete with nutritional facts so that you will have your 10-day vegetarian menu.

For some time now, health has become my priority. As a consequence, I have started paying more attention to what I eat. Although I have read other books that explain the importance of eating healthily, I have always thought that they have a theoretical approach and rarely give sound advice from a practical point of view. Kumar's 3-in-1 Diet Cookbook has just a short introduction, and then it focuses on what everyone who reads a book like this is looking for, that is, vegetarian recipes that help you to achieve your goal of taking care of your health. Since I have always been interested in a vegetarian diet, 3-in-1 Diet Cookbook is an enlightening read in this regard. I think I have found the book I needed. Thanks to Dr. Shantha Kumar's comprehensive book, following a vegetarian diet will no longer be a problem for me, and I hope for you too.
