Maximizing your leadership potential is laid out in an easy to follow daily guide by Noel DeJesus in 44 Days of Leadership. The trek that the reader takes throughout this 44-day quest is meant to get the most out of every ounce of one’s talent to lead. Put together in a simple and easy to follow manner, Noel uses each day to get the most bang for the buck, so to speak. Throughout this volume, Noel is transforming the intangible qualities of a leader into tangible and practical applications in a way that will help the reader maximize those skills and talents which are already present. Through tweaking those special qualities and instructing the reader on ways to avoid some of the common pitfalls of leaders, one of which is the desire to have your employees like you, Noel not only passes out sound advice, but helps lead the reader through each step in a very real and practical way. How much will you be able to improve your leadership skills through the use of these easy to read, daily applications to the skills that you already possess?

Because of the easy to use and practical application of the concepts in 44 Days of Leadership, the reader will be able to reach beyond the limitations which they now face and start to see maximum results in a short period of time. Because each concept is meant to be the focus for an entire day, they are something that can be lived and integrated rather than just read and forgotten. Practical, concise, easy to apply, 44 Days of Leadership is a must-have for developing leaders and an excellent refresher for veterans who want a little more of an edge.
