Author Biography

Alice is currently a Reiki Master Teacher, the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy (ReikiAwakeningAcademy.com), and the creator of the A Moment for Me – Care for Busy People products (AMoment4Me.com). She’s also the inventor and writer of the Apples to Apples: Jewish Edition games, and the writer and composer of 22 original Jewish youth theater musicals.

She has authored books on Reiki healing, a book of inspirational poetry, and several books for the A Moment for Me series. Alice is proud to have received the award of Finalist for Inspirational Fiction in the 2016 Reader's Favorite International Book Awards for her book, First Family.

Busy moms will find themselves becoming more patient, more present, happier, and more loving after reading this book. Mothers have an unreasonable responsibility in raising their little ones, managing the house, work, and kids' activities, along with being a supportive partner. Readers will notice a positive change in their outlook once they finish this book and will realize that there is more to life that we actually think.

I found the book uplifting; it is simple and can be incorporated into one’s life without any difficulty. Every page has a title, a benefit, and simple directions. The page to write notes is useful as it will make readers think about what they want from life and also reflect upon themselves and make positive changes in the areas required. The affirmations are encouraging to all moms who are trying to create a healthy balance in their lives while bringing up their kids. The book is for all those who are busy as it takes just 30 seconds and the benefits are long lasting. Using this book can be a wonderful daily ritual and will help to give a much required boost when it comes to multi-tasking with family and work. The book will also help readers maintain better relationships with everyone who wants their time and attention.
