A Philosophy of Life by Manuel Luis Porrata Pila provides practical insight in achieving success in all areas of your life through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual care. If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready for a six-month vacation (twice a year), this book will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized to take on the obstacles of life. Pila, a successful businessman, writes about his beliefs that have elevated him through the highs, lows, and roller coaster loops of life. This is an autobiography, yet some of his experiences bear a different name. The best lessons are ones learned from experience, and Pila uses these experiences to encourage readers to maintain a sense of well-being in their life.

Like so many of us, Pila understands the apathy and discouragement that can come from everyday life. It's common to go through life in a routine of morning coffee, financial uneasiness, and night sweats, to wake up in the middle of the night yearning for something of significance. In his book, A Philosophy of Life, Manuel Luis Porrata Pila provides a solution for the overworked through sometimes humorous, enlightening stories that penetrate the heart and leave the reader feeling ready to take on their day. Pila emphasizes diligence in the little things in life, like finances, exercises, and family. These lessons apply to everyone - the college student, the businessman, or even the average Joe wanting a good read. If you want to feel empowered, read this fantastic book. You won't regret doing so.
