Anger Reconciliation by James Offutt is a useful book as it speaks about anger and anger management. The book works well as a guide to those who want to channel their negative emotions and express them as a positive and healthy tool. Anger is a relevant topic and the author takes readers effectively through all the aspects that come with anger and how it can be detrimental to your psyche and harm your life. The advice given in the book is helpful when it comes to dealing with anger. The strategy of Respective Assertive Anger is a good one to implement.

Anger is an emotion that can consume all your energy and change you into a monster. It can cause a lot of tension and problems in the office and at home. The book gives a lot of information on the causes of anger and how it affects each individual. The author covers both positive and negative anger which is quite useful and informative. It helps readers to work on their expressions and words when they are angry.

The discussion questions at the end of each chapter are useful and helpful. It gives readers an opportunity to recollect, refresh, and change their thoughts which are associated with anger. I would recommend this book in everyone's personal collection because it helps us work towards controlling the destructive emotions that hide inside all of us. An excellent guide that will help you transform your anger and the negativity that comes with it into positive emotions.
