Authenticity Unlocked by Meg Glidden explores the psychology of personal growth and challenges readers to dare to embrace the path of authenticity. In this book, the author answers two very crucial questions on personal growth, and one of the central questions this book answers is: What does it take to live the life you really want? What does it take to move from where you are to where you want to be? The author defines authenticity and indicates what it consists of — authority, truth, creativity, resourcefulness, levity, and self-discipline. This book is brilliantly written and I loved the fact that the author doesn’t do what many writers do — preach! On the contrary, the author shows readers a path to become women who are authentic, who can identify what they are meant for — their purpose — and to pursue it with confidence.

I found very interesting and enlightening points in Meg Glidden’s writing, and while this book is written for women at the crossroads of their lives, it contains nuggets of wisdom for men as well, and daring truths that could transform our lives dramatically. The author writes with the confidence of someone who knows exactly what they are talking about, and she has mastered the science of guiding others to become architects of their lives. This book will encourage you to rethink your values and shift your focus to what really matters. You’ll learn to identify what you need, get the tools to achieve what you really want; you’ll build self-trust, and experience deeper levels of inner freedom and a sense of meaning. Authenticity Unlocked is the book with the secret ingredient to being the person you were meant to be without any regrets.
