Back Taxes and Tax Debt by Donald Lowrey is an informative look at the IRS and how to deal with problems arising from tax debt and back taxes. Starting from the beginning, Back Taxes and Tax Debt takes you on a journey through a world that most fear - the IRS. Learn exactly how the IRS works and how their actions affect you. Understand exactly what the IRS wants and learn what your duties are. Understand exactly what your rights are when it comes to paying off taxes. Back Taxes and Tax Debts also teaches you what your rights are and how to deal with every possible tax situation without being an expert on tax law or even having any real knowledge of the system. Read case studies, learn how your personal information is used, and understand that fearing the IRS is natural; you just have to learn to face your problems head on.

Back Taxes and Tax Debt by Donald Lowrey is a fascinating insight into how the IRS works and where we fit in. I found it to be highly informative as well as being easy to read. Donald has created a masterpiece. Each chapter is written as a separate book which means you don't need to read the entire book from start to finish. You simply pick out the chapters that refer to your situation. However, no matter what your problem with the IRS, the full benefit can only be gained by reading the entire book and all I can say is, you won't be sorry you did.

Back Taxes & Tax Debt by Donald Lowrey is the go-to Self Help novel to teach you how to take control of your tax debt, learn about your IRS back taxes, and understand the problem so that you can create a better solution than being taken to court. This book details everything from discussing the IRS and what they do, to tearing apart what your tax preparer can do for you, and what they vs. you are responsible for when it comes to your taxes.

It's very unfortunate to say, but I am one of the intended audience for Back Taxes & Tax Debt. Donald Lowrey speaks right to my horribly financially dependent heart. Written directly for people with no prior tax experience, this book is made for me and is actually very helpful as I near this year's tax deadline. On a very fundamental level, Lowrey seeks to educate the common person who may find themselves in a spot of trouble with the IRS. The most important thing I learned was that you have to jump on tax issues the moment that they occur. Don't wait until you are being fined or worse, have a warrant out for your arrest to deal with your back taxes. This book will be BEYOND helpful in navigating the troubled waters of IRS debt and will be a life saver while figuring out how to deal with the issues. The emphasis is on understanding of what's wrong and how you need to face it, and I feel like anyone who does their taxes can easily understand this one.

Back Taxes & Tax Debt: A Consumer’s Guide to Understanding IRS Tax Debt and What Can Be Done About It by Donald E. Lowrey is a self-help book aimed at equipping the average tax payer with the knowledge needed to understand the subject of tax debt and how to work with the IRS to handle this issue without necessarily involving an attorney. The book starts off with an insight into the workings of the IRS, thereby enabling you to understand the tax body's work and its expectations from you. The book then goes on to explain several challenges that a taxpayer may encounter and how to handle them. The advice given in the book includes topics like tax exemptions, deductions, credits, penalties, liens, appeals, and many others.

Back Taxes & Tax Debt is a very informative and practical book that teaches you how to work with the IRS on tax debt and also answers your question on several other tax related issues. The book gradually enables you to understand what would have otherwise have been a very complex subject by engaging a step by step method that is easy to follow. Yet at the same time, each topic is presented in such a way that the reader can jump to their area of interest, if necessary, without getting confused. Donald E. Lowrey's knowledge and deep understanding of the subject comes out clearly throughout the book, especially in the way the book breaks down the subject to make it easy for an average person to grasp. It gives a 360 degree view of the subject from the taxpayers' point of view and would be very useful to anyone looking to understand how to handle the issues relating to tax debt and how to deal with the IRS.
