When a routine traffic stop ends in an arrest for a suspended license and confiscation of the perpetrator's vehicle, two policemen become the targets of the local crime boss in the breathtaking suspense novel Chisel: A Vincent Sharpe Thriller by C. J. Hey. During a routine morning run, police officers Vincent Sharpe and his partner Will arrest local thug and drug dealer GD. Unfortunately, GD is driving The Boss's Mercedes, and when Vincent and Will send it to the impound lot, their lives take an ugly turn. The Boss decides to make an example of them by showing what happens to people when they mess with him. After GD's release from jail, The Boss sends him to dispatch Vincent while The Boss's son massacres Will and his family. In the meantime, local prostitute Angela and her infant daughter are caught in the middle of a deadly war between cops and robbers when she warns Vincent of the danger. Will anybody survive?

It is a fast-paced, action-packed thriller that will entertain everyone who loves crime novels with heroes willing to do whatever it takes to mete out justice. Due to bloody violence and sexual inferences, this book is more suitable for the mature reader.
