In Clumsy Girl's Guide to Falling in Love by Karen Wiesner, Zoe is clumsy but lovable, a patient and kind woman who always seems to be on the wrong end of a bad situation. My heart broke for her and I just wanted her to get the break that she deserved! So I was happy when her life took a turn for the better. She went back to school, found a patient boss, and reconnected with friends. Except that reconnection goes a little bit too far when she runs into Curt, the one man she can't seem to forget about.

Curt remembers Zoe as well because of her clumsiness and embarrassing habits. He can't still be in love with her, can he? His mom is pressuring him to get married and advocating Zoe, but Curt is sure the Lord has something better in store for him. Something more stable and normal. Then why does Zoe make his heart race every time he sees her? Should passion trump what he feels is right in his head? Or should he finally listen to his heart?

I see Friendship Heirlooms Series, Book 1: Clumsy Girl's Guide to Falling in Love by Karen Wiesner as a Christian romance. I loved the two characters from the beginning. I liked the fact that both characters didn't want to be in this relationship again, but felt compelled by a love so strong they couldn't forget about it. I liked the sweetness of this romance as well and think other readers will appreciate that lovely attention to detail.
