Complete Body Cleansing by Milica Vladova is a useful guide filled with recipes, practical methods, cleansing, and tactical methods on how to detox our body from the most common toxins and how to decrease our exposure to them. For all those readers who have started their healthy living journey, this book will give the opportunity to explore a more in-depth detox and healing practices. Though industrialization is a good thing, it has done irreparable damage to nature, making the air we breathe polluted and, apart from that, the foods and liquids we consume are highly processed and filled with chemicals.

The variety of signs given by our bodies to tell us that a cleansing process is required is discussed in this book, helping readers to change their dietary habits. I found the author’s techniques and suggestions helpful and easy to practice and apply to daily life, guiding and leading the way to a cleaner and healthier lifestyle. The tips to get started are very useful and simple and will help the body heal and restore its natural healthy state. The fasting tips, detox recipes, and food suggestions are good and can be applied to one’s diet without much difficulty.
