Constructing Love by Natalie Alder is a short contemporary romance that follows the path of two strangers who bump into each other one day. Danielle is an artist and literally runs into David, a construction worker, while she's waiting to cross the street on her way to work. The attraction is immediate, but she doesn't think too much about it because she never expects to see him again. But she does see him again, at the pool where she swims. When David expresses a similar interest in Danielle, the two meet for dinner. One thing leads to another and Danielle wonders if she might be in love with David. Is that possible, after only knowing a person for such a short time? Danielle doesn't want to believe it, but the evidence is in her smile, her quickened step, and the new found passion in her artwork.

Constructing Love by Natalie Alder is a sweet romance story about two people falling in love. Fans of romance will enjoy the way the story unfolds, following the days of two strangers who get to know each other, are attracted to one another, and ultimately act on that passion. The story is very short and I would love to have read more about the characters and their budding relationship, but overall I think readers will like these characters and will want to read more by this author. It is a sweet romantic story that is uplifting, encouraging, and interesting.
