Conversation Skills: For The Ultimate Professional by Dan Blaze is a motivational read for all those who are looking to improve on their conversational skills. The concept, techniques, and suggestions in the book help readers comprehend the psychology of conversation, relationships, and one's life. Learning to say the right thing at the right time is excellent and this book gives a detailed and extensive understanding of communication skills and helps readers make their conversations interesting. The author highlights the importance of conversation and why it is important to have a good conversation with others.

The book is a good training guide and all the methods and techniques can be incorporated into bettering one's conversational skills. It helps to capture the listener's attention by making one's conversation engaging. The book makes us understand the complexity that occurs within each conversation. I found it an interesting read, to understand how communication happens, its process, and coding. It also shatters the myth we all have about our natural communication skills. Though the book focuses on audible conversational skills, the author also speaks about the signs and symbols animals use while communicating.

The author handles a topic that is relevant and useful to everyone. The book makes everyone more aware of the importance of conversational skills and communication, and how to draw people into a particular topic while talking. The emotional resonance felt between two communicators while conversing is palpable while reading the author's techniques and tips. And by being specific and clear everyone can become a better communicator.
