Coop is the 5th book in the Boys of Brighton series by M. Tasia, a wholesome romance that leaves you smiling for days after. Coop Stenson is what you would call a man-slut and he is aware of that. Blame him all you want, but Coop understands himself the best and he knows he is not made for a long-term relationship. So when the adorable Matthew Whitton comes into his life, Coop knows that he is going to do whatever it takes to keep Matt safe (even if he has to protect Matt from himself). Coop tries to stay aloof, he tries his hardest to make sure he keeps his heart in check but he fails terribly. But when Matt’s security comes under duress, Coop knows that he will do everything in his power to keep Matt safe. Matt is not a job; he is a person Coop is going to protect with his life.

Smooth, incredibly detailed with swoon-worthy characters, Coop: Boys of Brighton Book 5 is yet another amazing novel by M. Tasia that had me entertained for hours. Coop is such a complicated yet adorable character; he is a smart man who knows what works and what doesn’t in his life. He enjoys his work, which makes him great at what he does. The chemistry between Matt and Coop is off the charts; they complement each other and keep each other grounded. Coop’s background makes him a complex character; he is a modern hero who fights for what he believes in. I enjoyed the flow, I loved the plot and I cannot wait to read more from this author.
