The book speaks about how important it is to have self esteem and gives tips and suggestions to readers on how to achieve it. The author's personal stories and experiences, and her individual growth as a person, make this book even more engaging and inspiring to readers. The author also asks readers to know themselves passionately and intimately, their strengths and weaknesses, and what separates them from others around them.

The book is encouraging to readers who want to make changes in their lives. The helpful tips at the end of each chapter are very useful and can be used for interactive sessions and group discussions. The author also challenges readers to take risks in life and step out of their comfort zone, which makes all the difference in one's life. The practical strategies shared in the book are good tools for all those who want to make their lives healthier and happier.

Fantastic read! This book is full of down to earth advice we can all inject into our daily lives to improve our outlook and happiness. It's obvious the author has had a lot of life and work experience in dealing with the issues she discusses. I enjoyed all the positive quotes and references to other books as well.
