Author Biography

Erin Bevan was born and raised in Southwest Arkansas. She spent her teenage years working for her aunt at the local gas station flipping burgers and making milkshakes dreaming of the day when something better would come her way.

Fast forward ten years later, she found herself stuck inside an apartment in South Korea while her daughter went to preschool and her husband went to work. Alone and unable to speak the local language she turned to books for a friend. After reading a few hundred in such a short time, she decided to try her hand at writing one.

That first one sucked, but by the fifth and sixth book, Erin started to get the hang of this writing thing. Getting the first contract in her inbox was a dream come true.

Now, with three babies at home, she squeezes in stories one word at a time, one sentence at a time, one day at a time. She’s a full time mom, a full time wife, with a little writer sprinkled in whenever she can get the chance.

Cupid's Angels by Erin Bevan is exactly what readers want. Here, readers get a taste of a sweet romance that naturally starts to bloom by itself, but needs a little shove in the right direction before it can fully blossom into its true beauty. A story that is fast-paced, sweet, and funny, Cupid's Angels is just like the title. Readers' interest will be piqued and the pages will keep on turning. Overall, this is a well-written plot that takes readers in deeply and melts their hearts along the way. Family, friends, and love are the themes found in this exciting adventure. Ellie and David are two protagonists that readers everywhere can relate to and connect with. They both have gone through a rough past and are afraid of what the future holds for them. Both feel a pull towards the other one. But is their attraction enough or will they develop stronger feelings that neither one of them can deny?

Cupid's Angels is the first contemporary romance story that I have read by Erin Bevan. Erin Bevan's talent as a writer is extraordinary. The writer's words drag readers into the book instantly and leave them feeling good. The characters are realistic and their journey is believable. I can't believe this was fiction. I thoroughly enjoyed following a group of elderly seniors and the two love birds' ups and downs. The attempts in bringing the two love birds closer are funny as well as heart melting. I loved reading this book! The characters were so real and their story tugs at the heart. I highly recommend this romantic novel to readers everywhere. Also, I look forward to reading more novels by Erin Bevan in the future.
