Hannah wanted a more exciting life. She was bored with her lifestyle. Excitement, adventure, and making a difference are not bad things...or are they. Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

Alistair steals the show in this book! Alternatively, should I say steals the word, print, paper, review….Never mind. mind. There is much more to Alistair than meets the eye. The quiet mild mannered Alistair is actually Wizard Alistair Holmes, capable of traveling through time. When the future of the human race is at stake the Wizard asks Hannah to assist him. That may have been a mistake.

Dancing In The Kitchen is a delightful read. Linda Andrews is to be commended for combining romance, danger, science fiction, and humor. I love this book. As a cat lover I enjoyed the cat scenes. Andrews keeps the reader on the edge of their seat with twists and turns that keep the reader guessing. If you like fantasy you will enjoy Dancing in the Kitchen.

This fast paced and funny book is a wonderful story about the difference between what we wish for in life and what might genuinely makes us happy. Hannah is a woman with a definite goal in life - not to lead her parent's humdrum life. Yet as I read the story I found myself rooting for the underdog, Alistar, whose "boring" life she rejects. The story is interesting and has plenty of suprizes. A great book for a fall night!

This is a very enjoyable read! The characters drew me into the story. The story has some great twists and kept me very interested. The romance is fun and enticing. And, of course, how many people get to hear what a cat thinks of us. Nice character!
