Far from a simple self-help book, Designing Your Life’s Roadmap is a guide to help you discover the power within to overcome obstacles and live the life you desire. Heather D Mahoney helps you to step away from people-pleasing attitudes to determine how you feel about a situation. Each subject urges you to dig deeper into your preconceived notions, habits, and societal conformities to renew your perspective and emerge with a stronger sense of self.

Mahoney takes the journey with you, giving pieces of her personal story and explaining her process. She actively includes you on the ride, and your destination is determined by your willingness to commit to adjusting to your circumstances. It will benefit you if you feel unable to improve your situation and need gentle urging to remember your self-worth.
