Destructive Salvation by Jay Deans is one of the most adrenaline-filled and action-packed novels that I absolutely loved. I finished this book in a single sitting and let me tell you that I regret nothing. The setting of the novel is perfectly constructed; it had me interested from the very first chapter and I found myself invested. Thaddeus Rainer is an intelligent and charming character that understood every situation before making any decision. His determination, strength and his wittiness make him one of the best characters I have encountered this year and I have encountered at least a couple of hundred. The pace was fast without being too quick, the build-up was brilliant and the overall atmosphere was perfect for the story. All in all, this is a pretty awesome novel.
