Things are flipped on their head in Enemies Eternal (The Road to Ragnarök Book 2) by Rochelle L. Wilcox when Freyr (Franco) makes a decision relating to Lia’s safety. Lia wakes up in a hotel, confused and with the strangest urge to visit Africa. The confusion continues when she realizes that she’s missing two months of memories. Trying to get back to her normal life, Lia can’t seem to shake the feeling that there is something important she needs to remember or perhaps someone. Things slowly start to come back to her as she becomes entangled with very familiar strangers.

Once again I have found myself in awe with Enemies Eternal by Rochelle L. Wilcox. This sequel is perhaps even better than the first book. In the latest installment, we switch to Lia’s point of view which was both refreshing and had me growing even more attached to her character. I also loved watching her rekindle her relationship with Franco as her memories started returning. This book sought to give us adventure, betrayal, and all the fuzzy romance. The pacing and world-building were brilliantly done and made this book all the more immersive. Wilcox has a talent for getting you hooked on every word and leaving you wanting more by the end. I thoroughly enjoyed this sequel and I’m so grateful to have reviewed the first two books in this series. I highly recommend giving this series a try. You won’t be disappointed.
