The book gives recommendations for use along with the precautions that need to be followed while using them. Herbal teas and essential oils are supposed to have healing properties and are known to be beneficial to the body. Most of the herbs mentioned in the book for herbal teas are mainly leaves and flowers, and the essential oils are derived from various plants which are made through a process of distillation with water or steam. The authors also discuss some of the super healthy foods that can be added to the diet with their uses and benefits.
