In the introduction, the author explains the purpose of this book: "In this book, I will address a plethora of scriptures about how to overcome anger, not just suppress it – there is a big difference between the two. The former will incite peace; the latter will ignite an inevitable explosion." Wolf skillfully combines scripture with real-life experiences to speak directly to readers' hearts. The book is focused with short chapters and powerful points for reflection. In a world that is filled with anxiety and where fear easily enters into the human heart, this book offers a light in the darkness and proposes a path towards abiding peace.
