Improving your lot in life is like climbing a ladder. At the bottom is the Red Zone, where everything is chaos, and at the top is the Green Zone, where you are in control. These zones are present in almost every situation we have to face, and the objective is to find our equilibrium. Linda Anthony Hill guides you step by step so that you can achieve your goals. She shows readers how to identify the zones so they can upgrade themselves. Finding UP also discusses how to overcome obstacles such as fear, anxiety, or self-sabotage. In covering each topic, the author analyses an aspect of the Red Zone and advises how to transform it into an opportunity. In this way, you will be better equipped to face life.

I liked Linda Anthony Hill's explanations because she has a logical manner of outlining her ideas. She starts by defining the concepts and then focuses on the detail. Her descriptions are clear, and on a more personal note, she relates how she overcame the death of her husband. Finding UP also talks about accepting circumstances and not wasting chances, which I appreciated because the tips are helpful to those looking to work in a more organized fashion. The author explains how you can be your own coach and she shows us that life is about choosing to do something you will be proud to share. I recommend this book to people looking for a more positive way of thinking.
