Wanting some time alone while flying home, Melissa Taylor books two first-class seats on a red-eye flight from San Diego to New Jersey. Prior to takeoff, a squabble breaks out in the economy section when a carry-on bag is torn, and the contents spill into the aisle. Melissa is persuaded to relinquish her additional seat to Nick, the instigator of the disturbance. During the long flight, Melissa and Nick discover they are mutually attracted to each other. When the plane lands, both Melissa and Nick are reluctant to permanently part ways. Not wanting to say goodbye so soon, Nick offers Melissa a ride home. Uncertain, Melissa hesitates. Could their fascination turn into something more significant? Or is this just a fleeting flirtation?

With a well-defined and excellently written plot, and engaging fully-developed characters, the storyline flows smoothly from the intriguing beginning to the satisfying conclusion. With ordinary flaws and insecurities, Melissa's and Nick's characters are likable and relatable. Filled with amusing situations and passionate love scenes, it is an entertaining story that will charm everyone who enjoys a humorous romantic tale. Due to graphic sexual content, it is more suitable for mature readers.
