Freedom From Addiction: A Hypnotherapist's Guide to Overcoming Addictions and Compulsions by Jeremy Walker looks at compulsions and addictions in detail from the author's personal experiences and conducting thousands of sessions, giving readers a path forward to break free from behavior they would like to transform. Addictions and compulsions can cause major problems and if they are impacting work and finances, creating havoc on physical and mental health, and straining relationships with people, then reading this book will prove to be helpful.

It is a subject that needs to be addressed and the author discusses it extensively. The Walker Addiction Removal Process (WARP) gives good support to all those readers who are looking to be free from their addictions, depression, compulsions, and anxiety. The tips and suggestions are good when it comes to implementing healthy replacement behaviors and making a positive transformation.
