Full Circle: Covert Invasion is the third book in the Full Circle Series by Alfred Taylor and is an intriguing science fiction novel featuring multifaceted characters and a gripping plot. It follows two characters from the future on a mission to save civilization from annihilation and to stop the invasion of Earth. An alien race has planned to replace all intelligent life in the galaxy with theirs. So million years ago they sent seedpods into space to accomplish this mission. Earth is facing a powerful threat in 1872, and the only hope of survival is a man from the year 2372, Mark Aaron. Mark is on a mission to preserve history from being destroyed, and together with his android wife, Jane, must stop a plan to destroy life on Earth. Their journey takes them across the galaxy and to London on a mission fraught with danger and involving murder. But can they stop these powerful enemies from invading Earth and rewriting history?

Full Circle: Covert Invasion is hugely imaginative, well-plotted, and features a conspiracy that will grab the attention of fans of the genre. The plot is bold and the characters are of exceptional complexity. I loved the suspense and the clever manner in which the story is plotted. The pacing is fast and the narrative dramatic. The courtroom drama after the arrest of Mrs. Smith feels real and is so intelligently written that it adds another layer to the entertainment. Full Circle: Covert Invasion is well-written, with dialogues that flow naturally and that help to deepen both the plot and the conflict; the action is pulsating and it increases in the same proportion that the conflict escalates. Alfred Taylor has written a riveting novel for fans of the genre and has created characters that readers will adore.

Full Circle: Covert Invasion is a sci-fi novel infused with an entertaining dose of fictional history. It is the third book of Alfred Taylor's Full Circle series. Mark and Jane are androids from the year 2372, who travel back in time to 1860s America during the time of the Civil War to make sure history remained unchanged. After helping the Union forces in the war, Mark and Jane travel to the planet of Xaniblus near the Galactic Core to learn in greater depth the impact of Nepari probes on other life forms. Having completed the mission, Mark and Jane return to earth to discern the presence of a similar seed pod on the planet. They track it in London and must now destroy it before a similar fate befalls earth.

Fast-paced and thoroughly entertaining, Full Circle: Covert Invasion is a blast to read from start to finish. Author Alfred Taylor does a remarkable job of incorporating actual historical events into his fascinating sci-fi tale that gets exceedingly absorbing with each turn of a page. The characters are likable, and their quirks only add to their charm and make them compelling. I adored the relationship between Mark and Jane, and I found Jane's gradual acceptance of human nature riveting. There are plenty of light-hearted moments. I constantly found myself amused by the humorous interactions between the characters. Despite being the third book in the series, I think Full Circle: Covert Invasion can also function as a standalone novel. I was entertained, and I think other readers will feel the same.

A gripping sci-fi story with fascinating characters, Full Circle: Covert Invasion is book three of the Full Circle Series by Alfred Taylor, a story with a galactic setting in the year 1861 and characters from the year 2372. A conspiracy that began millions of years - when a powerful and advanced alien race sent seed pods out to replace any intelligent life in the galaxy with theirs - is about to come to fruition. Only Mark Aaron, an android from the future, and his wife, Jane, can stop them from enslaving Earth and corrupting their civilization. What should have been an easy task of collecting the seed pods quickly escalates into a tale of adventure, fraught with manifold dangers as they travel to the galactic core to unravel and solve the mystery, and to London to stop the invasion of Earth.

Adventure, robbery, murder, and courtroom drama are just a few of the elements that characterize Alfred Taylor’s beguiling tale. The historical and cultural elements of nineteenth-century London are intelligently written and the author’s gift for crafting engaging dialogues spice up the drama and create a wonderful reading experience. While the key characters are from another world, they are believable and fleshed out and the reader will easily like them. The fluid writing and the fast pacing combine with the clever plotting and the author’s deft handling of characters to transform this story into a page-turner. I devoured it and would recommend Alfred Taylor’s Full Circle: Covert Invasion to anyone looking for an action-packed, suspenseful science fiction tale.
