When they encounter a problem, most people have an opinion about it immediately, even if they don't know enough about it. This is a big mistake because if we don't have complete information, we can take action on the wrong premise. That is why it is necessary to learn how to investigate thoroughly and assess the importance of the topic, understand the situation in-depth, and analyze all possible points of view to develop a solid basis for our thoughts and actions. Get Better At Research is a book that teaches this and much more. A.A. Sõbrad specializes in condensing very useful information into small self-help books. Based on his experience, the author shows us how to conduct research in the most practical way possible.
I liked how A.A. Sõbrad has a very clear manner of explaining things. It inspires confidence so that one feels more capable of following the correct method of learning. The subject is very interesting because research is not only useful for academic aspects but is also a tool that can be used every day to avoid the influence of false news and arguments. People need to be well informed, but sometimes you need to know how to find information more productively. Get Better At Research is a perfect book for this because of its practicality and sensible advice. When there is a conflict with a person or a situation, it will be easier to be objective and find a solution.
