God's Truth: Understanding Our Higher Power and Purpose by D.K. Lundin is an inspirational book written from the heart with a strong and relevant message, especially to contemporary readers who hear messages about God that present God as one who favors some and excludes others. Especially with the divisiveness characteristic of the US political landscape, the message of this book couldn’t be more timely. The book starts with an introduction that features the beginnings of the author’s spiritual odyssey and her experience of loss when her significant other passed away from a terminal illness. In this book, the author redefines God and explores powerful themes, including how God sees each one of His creatures, the center of our relationship with Him, the concepts of sin, justice, God’s gender and equality, and a lot more. The author writes a book that encourages readers to look at themselves from a completely new light, in the way God sees them.

This book is not written in the popular style as D.K. Lundin shares individual writings that cover a period of seven years and are compiled into different chapters. The book features dialogues with God, synopsis of the dialogues, and application of concepts. The book is written primarily for those who have become disillusioned with God due to misinterpretations and misunderstandings. In a clear and beautiful language, the author explores the nature of God and God’s image as a loving Creator comes out succinctly and neatly in the writing. The reader will encounter a loving God who prefers our love to fear. In the heart of this book is a beautiful story of love and I enjoyed how the author weaves snippets of her life and personal experiences with God into the book. This is a book about God and humanity and where to situate God in human experience. It is insightful, inspiring, and rich in content. God's Truth: Understanding Our Higher Power and Purpose will challenge what most of us think we know about God. Perhaps, it is the one book that will provoke an honest encounter with God.

Do the historical perceptions of God not resound with you? Are you ready for a more joyous understanding and relationship with God? God's Truth (Understanding Our Higher Power and Purpose) by D.K. Lundin is a heart-warming and inspirational non-fiction philosophical book that breaks through the darkness and inequality related to the God of Christianity and exposes the light and love hidden behind authoritarianism for centuries. Encompassing seven years of meditation and prayers, D.K. Lundin has created a collection of spiritual discoveries, experiences, and conversations with God. Backed by logic and biblical verses, it is a stunning revelation regarding God's gender-less neutrality and humanity's distorted perception of Christianity. Embracing the messages she receives and the request to publish her revelations, Lundin now shares them with the world.

God's Truth (Understanding Our Higher Power and Purpose) by D.K. Lundin is a profound and thought-provoking spiritual book based on the astounding revelations Lundin receives from God. The book covers compelling topics that affect those who love and serve God. Although the intriguing concept of the gender neutrality of God and other heavenly beings does depart from the norm, Lundin's theories founded on Christian and Catholic fundamental ideas of the Bible, Jesus, and faith in God are universal. With logical and uplifting elements, the book covers not only the misconceptions of God but also unconditional love, morality, mercy, and so many more eye-opening concepts. Powerful and motivating, it is an inspiring message of hope, faith, and love that sparks spiritual freedom and carries the potential to change the world.

God has moved heaven and earth for author D.K. Lundin and God’s Truth is the realization that she is writing a book for God. In a nutshell, this is a book where Lundin shares what she has come to understand with her personal experience and talks with God. Her simple goal is to help others come to know God better to enjoy a more fulfilling relationship with a higher power. Lundin states that she received God’s messages through meditative prayer and telepathic dialogues. Similarly, through these forms of communication, she receives updated answers and messages from the Creator that address contemporary issues. Thus, the book discusses topics of spiritual interest and issues that are divided into twelve parts, and they operate on three formats concerning the dialogues with God, the synopsis of these dialogues, and the application of concepts.

Knowing that God talks to people is spiritually and emotionally uplifting. You are beholden only to God’s ideals or commands. It affirms your belief in a higher reason or truth—that you can create a better meaning when you have a stronger relationship with a benevolent Watcher. Lundin presents this idea with no fancy trimmings. God’s Truth tells it as it is based on Lundin’s empirical knowledge—as an individual who has conversations with God. Readers who are interested in spirituality may find this volume interesting, although you have to pay attention to the usage guide on gender-neutral terms at the beginning of the book to avoid any confusion of gender reference. If you enjoy reading truth-finding and self-help books, you may still want to give this book a chance for comparative study and for its easy to read style that readers of all ages will be able to access.

God's Truth by D.K. Lundin is an intriguing guidebook on the love of God. The author focuses on the equal way God loves those He created, and the author has conveniently organized topics that we think or wonder about, or may need help with on a daily basis. The topics are easy to find, so the reader can zip to certain ones of interest. Instead of coming across like a sermon, it serves more as a personal go-to resource for understanding more about God's love and how He can help us with issues that may arise. This guide is meant more to free a person of their confining thoughts and behaviors and replace them with purpose and joy. The author explains her use of gender-neutral terms at the beginning of the book and sometimes refers to God as gne, pronounced "nee".

Lundin has illuminated God's love in a way that is inviting and inspirational, but also practical. There are plenty of hurting people in the world today, and they search for answers in places that can only offer temporary answers and relief--family, friends, social media, therapy, medicine, escapism. The author shows how God wants people to come to Him with their problems so that He can manifest His love in everyday life. The author makes a point of saying that it's okay to question God and religion. Lundin explains that she arrived at her conclusions through prayer, meditation, and messages from God, and this book is a result of that spiritual process. In fact, in some passages, she writes from God's point of view as if He is speaking directly to the reader. Even if you don't agree with everything in the book, it offers valuable insight and encouragement. God's Truth by D.K. Lundin is a powerful, easily digestible handbook for learning more about God's love and truth, and yourself.

God's Truth – Understanding Our Higher Power and Purpose by D.K. Lundin is a self-help/inspirational book that will give you hope to move on and live under God’s grace. God loves us all equally; no one is better than the other or lesser than the other. The author divides this book into 12 parts and touches upon everything that a human being goes through in a lifetime. From personal issues to emotional upheavals, the author touches upon things that real people go through and gives them the hope that they are not alone. This is a book that will make you feel closer to God, allow you to feel God's presence and God's love for you. It is inclusive, understanding, and simply evocative.

I love that D.K. Lundin uses gender-neutral terms in the book. God is beyond gender and any social constraints that we put on ourselves. This book is a blessing for those who have faith in the grace of God and for those who have lost their path and are looking for God. The author opens the book with a personal experience and allows the reader to feel like a friend. From there on, the author makes it a mission to make the reader understand God, who God is, why God loves us, and allows us to find our way back to God’s grace if only we wish to. The narrative is simple and soothing. There is a sense of calm that I felt and that was a brilliant feeling. This is a great book of healing for people who are lost or are grieving. It will help them put things into perspective and allow them to feel close to God again.
