I read this book in 2 days. I loved it! The characters are well-developed, and the plot is unique. Sweet, old, rich ladies try to find rich husbands for average women—women who are a 5 on a scale of 1-10. For this service, they earn a portion of the rich husband’s annual income.

The lengths the “sweet” ladies go to is incredible. All of the ending twists are unimaginable. Is finding the perfect, rich husband worth selling your soul? That is a question Sandra has to eventually ask herself.

There is excitement on every page. This is possibly the best book I have read all year (and I read A LOT of books). If you like chick books, this is one to get. This would make a great Lifetime movie. For all women out there, especially if you are a 5, get this book now!

My friends have been talking about this one for several weeks, and I finally had to read it. This book made me laugh, made me cry, and made me read it over and over several times. Each time I read it, I saw something new. It's ultimately a roller-coaster love story between an "average", kind of a loser, pizza girl and a rich, successful hollywood actor. I loved the suspense and mystery (and the FBI) and especially the unexpected ending. I also loved the humor as we experience things through Sandra's eyes, written in first person. You'll want to read it for the insight you gain about human nature (how mean we women really are! My ex-husband would say I TOLD YOU SO) and what attracts us to the opposite sex. If you really want to know how to make someone fall in love with you, READ CHAPTER 15! (Guys, you especially will be shocked when you read this.)

This book is written in intelligent, fun voice that draws you in, I felt like Sandra could have been me. She is THAT real and well written and I actually missed her after I finished the book. If you've ever had a day where you felt invisible to guys or felt shadowed by someone better looking, better educated, or more polished than you, then you will relate and absolutely love Sandra. How far would you go to change your whole life and get any man you could want? The rich women of The Hunt Club help her do just that (even though they actually want to further their on twisted agenda) and Sandra goes on a journey of self-discovery that helps you, see your own life in a new way.

I read a lot of books, and have noticed authors will come so close to really nailing it with characters, plot, and writing style, but never quite get there. The author of Good Man Hunting finally gets it right.

This started out as typical Chick Lit and then switched gears and became a page turner. The plot is a little far-fetch, but totally enjoyable. The twist at the end is worth the read.
