Happiness: An English Version of "Khushi" by Dinesh Khetia and Sagar Khetia is an uplifting book for readers who wish to achieve peace and happiness in their lives, thereby leading an enriching life. The book speaks about the constant struggle in everyone's life to find true and lasting happiness. People are defined by success now and we mostly only see negative and cutthroat competition around us. The book highlights the importance of knowing yourself, self respect, cherishing one's home and family, and the value of spirituality. Happiness has no definition and everyone has to create their own measure of happiness.

The book is both inspirational and motivational and will make readers look into themselves and see what areas of their lives can be changed to draw happiness into their lives. The writing style is fluid and simple and can be easily understood. The suggestions and techniques are not difficult to incorporate into one's life. The authors also speak about the emotions that are co-related to bring happiness into one's life, and will help readers take personal control of their lives.

I found the book helpful to change our thinking about ourselves and improve our self-esteem, which in turn leads to making us happy and at peace with ourselves. The book has a lot of good advice and it will definitely help anyone who wants to make changes in their life. The 101 messages to becoming happy are indeed very useful for readers to draw happiness and joy into their lives.
