Harris Estate: Some Secrets Can't be Buried by Stacey Cotter is a gripping mystery about a woman's grisly discovery that leads to an unforeseen and staggering outcome. Leah is happily married and lives in California with her husband and her two wonderful children. Now Leah's uncle, her only living relative, passes away. Her inheritance is her uncle's family farm, the Harris Estate in Oakland, Texas. Leah flies to Texas to make the arrangements to have the property sold. Her intention is to find a Realtor, have the farm listed and then head straight back home.

However, after Leah arrives in Texas, she is curious to see her family's property. She decides not to wait for a Realtor and drives over to the farm by herself. While exploring the crumbling house and acreage, Leah makes a grisly discovery. A gruesome crime has been locked up and concealed within the house. Now the local authorities are involved, and Leah's trip to Texas has been extended. Leah's discovery unveiled a mystery far more baffling and extensive than anything anyone could have anticipated. How much did her uncle know about his brother? How will the consequences affect Leah? Will she go home to California or will she make Texas her final resting place?

Harris Estate by Stacey Cotter is a thrilling mystery that kept me enthralled until the final page. The many twists and turns in the story are hypnotizing. This is a gripping read and I recommend it to those who love a mystery with a surprise ending. Stacey Cotter has written a great story! I am glad that I had the opportunity to read and review it. However, due to the graphic sex, this is only suitable for those over the age of eighteen.
