Hired! How To Get The Zippy Gig - Insider Secrets From A Top Recruiter by Sheila Musgrove is an informative book which gives excellent tips on what one has to do to get hired. The book gives step by step suggestions on how to write a kick-ass resume which will make the phones ring for interviews. The author not only shows how to write an impressive resume, but also how to perform well at an interview. She shares the silly things, and the nuts and bolts in between that can send a good candidate to the recycle bin. The tips to convert a rusty resume to that of a super shiny one will give positive results to all candidates who are looking to be hired.

I found the book very useful and it gives excellent tips and techniques to improve on your resume. The tips to ace it in an interview are also helpful and the author answers a lot of questions that readers would like to know about writing a good resume, and also about how to handle the questions thrown at them during an interview. The 'what to do' and 'what not to do' during writing a resume and for an interview will help everyone answer the key critical questions. The author handles the topic methodically and extensively, and speaks about every aspect - from applying to how to dress for the interview to how to answer the questions during an interview.
