Creators of YouTubes 'Mindful Kids Channel', twins, Toni and Stephanie are on a mission to show children how powerful they can be and that they have the ability to choose how they feel.

Their work includes books and scripts to help children practice mindfulness, meditation and learn how to be in control of their own feelings, emotions and happiness.

Their writing style is always fun, 99% rhyming, motivational and their books are bright and colourful.

Inspired by their children, aged 8, 3 and 1, they continue to create and deliver valuable tips to promote positive mindsets that will instil confidence in parents and children.

They love to see how their resources boost children's self esteem, self love and self awareness, all over the world.

I Have the Power ... To Enjoy School! by Toni McAree and Stephanie Hope is an uplifting book with rhyming poems accompanied by positive affirmations to give children confidence when going to school. The affirmations are comforting and saying them out loud will make children ready for school. For a child, a school might be scary initially but this book is a good way to help them realize they are not alone and they will have their friends and teachers too. The book also encourages children to do positive things in the morning so that they feel good before they leave for school.

I Have the Power ... To Enjoy School! is a perfect tool to help children deal with school-related fears and worries, make learning fun, and take up any challenge. The affirmations are good for every child to be in control of their day at school and understand that it is a fun and safe place to go. The illustrations give clarity to the concept and make the story enjoyable and appealing to children while reading. It is a perfect book for tutors and parents to read out loud to children to help them change their mindset. The rhyming poems give a good pace and movement and are entertaining. Toni McAree and Stephanie Hope's book is a handy manual to have on the bookshelf of all homes with schoolgoing young children.
