The battle lines have been firmly established by the left. They were established well before the right ever woke up and realized what was going on. Gerald Rahelich is fighting back with his book, In God We Trust, laying out a solid, historically accurate foundation of how the American nation came into existence and the values upon which that foundation was laid. The left has attacked those historical truths with ruthless abandon from every corner of civilized society, one of the worst being the educational system which has continuously battered away at historical facts. Trailing along behind those attacks are socialist and communist political ideologies that have penetrated every portion of American society, “political correctness” and mainstream media support and advancement of those ideas. Christianity, the family and the values upon which the U.S. Constitution is based are consistently under assault. It will take every patriotic individual in America to turn back the tide and repair the damages done.

In God We Trust is a brilliantly written response to the assaults on the foundational values of the United States of America. Gerald Rahelich is concise, yet thorough as he analyzes the method of attack that the left is making on American values. He is equally as accurate as he points out the origins and errors that the left uses in their attacks. Full of solid facts, sound historical information and truth, In God We Trust is an effective salvo in the battle for the hearts and minds of our nation and the future of our great society. Every American patriot should own a copy and be sharing it with everyone they know.

In God We Trust: The Left’s War Against America by Gerald Rahelich presents the American people with incontrovertible truths and historic documentation of the behind-the-scenes efforts underway to alienate America from its democratic foundation, in favor of a bound-to-fail socialist code of behavior. Unlike some political commentaries, this book is totally devoid of vitriolic personal attacks. In God We Trust focuses instead on tracking the incremental erosion of the Constitution by which the original 13 States unanimously established the Federal Government. That erosion of the document, always intended to LIMIT the scope of the Federal Government, has now culminated in an administration which ignores with impunity its constitutional restraints. Rahelich details the decline of our once-great nation with respect to the educational system (and the efforts to remove God therefrom), the military, political correctness, an increasingly legislative judiciary, immigration – both legal and illegal - selective enforcement of the law by that branch of the government specifically created to enforce laws enacted by Congress, and a host of related examples of abusive and illegal power grabs by the government we founded to govern us.

In God We Trust is brilliantly constructed by an American patriot and God-fearing Christian, who also happened to teach history in the New York Public School system. Rahelich has witnessed first-hand the downward spiral of decay which has undermined our educational system. He cites historic statements in which our Founding Fathers express the foundational underpinnings of their beliefs and concerns about relinquishing power to a constitutionally established federal government. By providing this unofficial background information, Rahelich’s readers can more readily discern the reasoning behind the inclusion of every word and thought they decided to include. One can also readily discern how the machinations of corrupt executives, legislatures and the judiciary, have led us astray. In God We Trust will anger Communists, Fascists, Socialists, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, and every other organization with its sights set on imposing upon America its own vision of societal utopia. Let us hope it also angers the real power-brokers in this country: the voting public. Rahelich graciously offers a glimmer of hope as he wraps up his honest and thoughtful history lesson. Every concerned American needs to read In God We Trust: The Left’s War Against America before casting another vote. Become an informed voter.

In God We Trust: The Left’s War Against America by Gerald Rahelich is an analysis of current American society from the Right’s point of view. Mr. Rahelich examines the United States since the time the English pioneers set foot in the land - from the Founding Fathers building the foundation to what is America today to the current socio-economic and political scenario. According to Mr. Rahelich, America’s values, based on a Judeo-Christian tradition, God-fearing society, family and with limited government intervention, should still be the norm for the American democracy. Nevertheless, those values are at risk. To get his point across, Mr. Rahelich, a historian and former high school teacher, discusses different events in American history (also in the context of world history), interprets the Constitution and discourses on the Socialist ideology.

In God We Trust: The Left’s War Against America by Gerald Rahelich is an elaborated conservative critique of the Left. Is the American dream in jeopardy? Mr. Rahelich’s discourse is bold and downright. To some, it might even seem a little harsh. Nonetheless, it is backed up by an array of socio-economic and political research. I was delighted with the history lesson in this book as well as the discussion of the Constitution. I also liked the fact that Mr. Rahelich brings up current events that made an impact on American society. For Right-wing America, this book is a delight. For those who need to take the citizenship test, this book is an asset.

An extremely well written and factual report on the poor condition into which our country has fallen. It's all about getting back to basics and acknowledging our dependence on God. Rahelich was a history professor and knows his stuff. I recommend it highly.
