Insecurity is a Seed (Emotion Series) by Lauren Martin is a powerful picture book. Children will most likely experience feelings of insecurity at some point in their young lives, whether it is about their appearance or something they feel they're not great at. Whatever it is, this book will help them overcome those doubts and provide them with a positive outlook for both themselves and the world around them. The effect this book could have on young readers will be most beneficial. If your child could do with absorbing the essence and importance of this book, then pick up a copy and let the healing begin.

Lauren Martin has once again impressed me with her talents in writing Insecurity is a Seed (Emotion Series). She knows exactly how to address common issues among children and resolve them with empowerment. I feel parents and teachers alike have a lot to gain from books like this as they teach crucial lessons to children at the perfect age. The front cover will intrigue young readers and have them wanting to dive into the book immediately. The writing is simple, allowing children to follow along easily whilst also increasing the chances of them remembering what they have read. The illustrations by the author are attractive and pull the reader in from the moment they see them. I hope to read even more of Lauren's work soon, as I am excited to see what else she has up her sleeve. You've once again done an incredible job, Lauren, as so many children are going to learn from your carefully written words. Keep up the great work.
