The color images give readers an idea on how hallway looks can be changed with the help of lighting, décor, and colors. The author’s thirty years experience in this field is tangible when it comes to her practical advice in creating beautiful interior spaces. The book helps readers transform their homes into beautiful living spaces and the photo analysis of the homes shown is helpful in giving readers an idea of to convert their homes into good functional areas which are appealing to the eye. I found the book useful as it shows readers how to save space, how to make a room look different and bigger with lighting, and how the colors used can change the tone of the space. There are so many pictures of different types of houses that readers can get many ideas on how to decorate their homes - the hallway, reception, and foyer areas.
