Land Swap 4 Death is a fast pace dynamic mystery that will keep the reader glued to the pages from the beginning to the last page. Four murders plus one murder makes five and someone is out to make it six. The author has cleverly combined political bribery, blackmail, a few social activists and a little romance to make a great story.
When Richard Franklin happened across some papers blowing on the platform at the BART station he never suspected they would lead to his death. The Clayburn Company was a well know developer of apartment buildings, land development and properties for sale. The owner, Mr. Clayburn was well known in the political scene for contributing vast amounts of money to different campaigns. Someone wanted those papers back bad enough to commit murder and Franklin was just the first victim. Insurance investigator Sharon O Mara, an ex army cop is called to investigate. Her investigation makes someone very unhappy and places both her and detective Kevin Bryan in danger. Can they get this solved before any more are killed? The clues point to several different suspects.
This action packed, fast paced mystery has a surprise ending. The two main characters Sharon and Kevin were very easy to connect. I found myself attempting to guess what would happen next. Fans of mystery will enjoy Land Swap 4 Death.
