Learn what mindsets and obstacles have been holding you back, how you can let go of traumatic past experiences and set and achieve your goals. There are also many techniques to improve your physical and spiritual wellbeing, from meditation and exercises to reduce stress and anxiety to easy to follow physical activities. I loved the writing style of Oreste J. DAversa and reading this amazing guide was the equivalent of having a conversation with a worldly-wise friend over a cup of coffee. There are life-changing nuggets of gold throughout covering so many aspects of a person's life. Life Beyond the Pandemic is not only comprehensive but extremely useful for anyone who faces unpredictable and worrying times ahead. I loved the analogy that this book is a 'Swiss Army Knife' of techniques, advice and guidance and it certainly lived up to all of my expectations. This is, however, not a quick fix solution; the exercises make you face tough decisions about your future and whether you are willing to put the hard work in to get positive results. I suggest you are absolutely honest with yourself when completing the exercises too, so you are able to compile a plan of action that is tailored made for you. By the time you have completed this guide, you will discover what your true passions, goals and talents are and have a detailed road map to achieve success. I loved so many aspects of this guide; the business section was incredibly helpful. I adored the chapters on meditation and visualisation. However, what was the most impressive was the 25 Emotional Wellbeing exercises. A must-have for everyone's bookshelf.
