Dale is an executive coach, television host (CBC TV’s Hello Goodbye) and public speaker.

Kim is a spiritual psychotherapist, helping people integrate grief and loss, into rediscovering hope, strength and meaning.

Dale and Kim founded The Child Therapy List, The Women's List and The Men’s List, global mental wellness sites, to help normalize therapy and end mental health stigma.

Living Lightly is a work of non-fiction focused on spiritual and psychological advice and the ways to “Bring Happiness and Calm to Your Everyday”, and was penned by author duo Dale Curd and Kimberly Alexander. In this extensive and informative guidebook of positive advice, Dale and Kimberly take their readers through the processes of reflection and self-discovery which they themselves have been through on the path to finding peace and tranquillity in their lives. The book looks at how our minds work and how we can utilize that to boost our own happiness and avoid spiraling into negativity.

Author team Dale Curd and Kimberly Alexander are fully committed to their methods and their vision for everyone around them to have a calm and fulfilling life, and that commitment is present on every page of their dedicated and informative guidebook. The narrative style is smooth and clean in its explanations, but it also has a friendly and personable tone that allows you to really get to know the authors as though they are actually guiding you through the process and supporting you. The organization of the work takes you through different stages of the process and different occurrences from everyday life, with snippets from the authors’ own lives which help to enhance and exemplify how the suggested strategies can work. The tips given make good practical sense and the spiritual ideas of the universe are very peaceful and pleasant concepts.
