Lost Princess (Kingdom Of Cymmera Trilogy Book 2) by Dani-Lyn Alexander is a young adult fantasy that crosses into the incredible realm of Cymmera. When Jackson accepts the throne, his kingdom is on the brink of an attack. Jackson doesn't know who he can trust and he worries that someone within his kingdom is about to double-cross him. The only person Jackson can trust is Ryleigh, a normal girl whose life changes drastically when she follows Jackson, the death dealer, to Cymmera. How can she be expected to save a world she knows nothing about? But when a missing relic is needed, Ryleigh is the one to seek it out. Jackson can't believe she is missing, or how much it hurts that she has left him. Is there anyone left in the kingdom he can trust? Or will the villains win and destroy the home he was entrusted to protect.

There are lovely fantasy elements like creative world building. Cymmera is beautifully described and enchanting. There are flying hounds and magical elements like the missing relic that keep the reader bound to the incredible magic in the story. Readers will also relate to the characters which are well written and well rounded, especially the tenderness and care that Ryleigh feels for her sister. This makes Ryleigh a real character and most readers will relate to these feelings of family loyalty. This is a nice young adult fantasy that readers of fantasy will enjoy.
