"Love’s Holy Passion" is a moving and poignant tale of a young woman who finds herself trapped in two diverse environments. One is of a failing marriage with an abusive husband and the other is part of a Mormon entourage on the other side of the world. You are engaged from the jump as you hang on to every word, hoping Emily will have the strength to pull herself up and out of desperation from her early marriage where she hits rock bottom. She will surprisingly receive a gift from her mother that will enable her to start a new life in Australia where she meets a handsome ranch owner with some very dark secrets. She has fallen under his spell and agrees to live with him unaware that she is headed to Mormon compound deep within the Outback. Here she is thrust into a strange world where she must follow strict rules and live with other wives and their children. She experiences feelings of anger, passion, confusion and true love. The love scenes are full of heated passion. Other things also get heated up at the compound as tension mounts between the wives. All along you know she has made herself fit in as she has no place else to go, until she has recovered her strength and realizes she must make a daring escape to save herself.

The story flowed so nicely and was a smooth read. Aabra knows what makes a strong woman and she depicts this trait so well in the character. I absolutely loved this story and know women from young adult on will be intrigued by this character as she is able to gain strength and renew herself each time she falls. I found myself wanting more and I am looking forward to a sequel to find out where Emily Harris is headed next.
