In Make Time: Utilise Time Efficiently, a lack of time will no longer be an excuse. By managing ourselves better we will have the opportunity to work on our projects and personal matters in a much more effective way. A.A. Sõbrad gives practical advice on time management. He encourages us to take notes to identify the trivial activities that absorb our time, and from there he gives suggestions according to the types of situations that we must face. After analyzing our time, it will be easier to discard activities that only cause us anxiety or interfere with our more important interests. With practice it will be possible to find the balance between the priorities of responsibility and leisure, allowing for more productive days.
All the suggestions are excellent. Here we see that we do not need to compare ourselves with the activity level of our acquaintances and instead we should learn to focus on living our own life. Make Time shows us that if we are honest with ourselves in valuing our time, we can put it to better use. A.A. Sõbrad is very clear in his approach to identifying things of greater importance and improving our allocation of time. It also leaves options open for us to add our personal touch when organizing since we all have different tasks that we need to accomplish in our day. Among the lessons is to avoid worrying about what might never happen; the essential objective is to focus on what you can do and work on it by giving your best.
