Mindfulness For Kids by Tracy Bryan is an exciting book for children that will guide them to listen to their bodies and experience how the body feels. It teaches them to get in touch with the body so that the mind experiences some rest. The questions in the book will make readers ponder about themselves and see if that is the way they feel about their bodies. In a nutshell, the book helps one give more importance to the body and the message it gives is to make one understand the needs of the body. If one knows how the body feels, they can give it what it needs. So stop ... breathe ... listen and become aware of the needs of the body.

The concept is simple and educational for kids as it helps them to connect their minds with the needs of the body and behave accordingly. The pictures are bright and colorful and convey the author's idea and concept with clarity. The concept is good to be introduced to children at an early age as it makes them calmer and more aware of their body and its needs in a good way.
