Mister Pushkin Turns Over a New Leaf: 12 Autumnal Tales by AC Michael is the second book in the Tales of Mister Pushkin series. Mister Pushkin and his owner Klem are back with more exciting adventures. Mister Pushkin Breaks a Leg finds Mister Pushkin coming to the aid of a tabby that makes the ill-advised decision to enter a garden known in the neighborhood as no-cat’s land. Mister Pushkin Smells a Rat finds Klem and Mister Pushkin going up against a dreadful con artist that has their eyes set on Mister Pushkin. Mister Pushkin takes a Hike finds the lovable feline taking off on his own adventure with Klem and Emma at a loss to his whereabouts. These are just a few of the stories found among the twelve tales with others that find Mister Pushkin entering cat shows, confronting shady characters, visiting the vet, and enjoying the excitement of races. You won’t be able to get enough of these delightful cat tales!

Mister Pushkin is back with delightful new shenanigans, more naps in his window, and plenty more exciting chases. The stories are light and cozy, making these the perfect treats that are perfect for every age to enjoy. Mister Pushkin is a mischievous cat that will capture the heart as AC Michael perfectly tunes into the perspective and thoughts that everyone can easily imagine a cat has. The stories introduce some shady characters which Mister Pushkin calls out immediately such as Miss Grimes, who keeps pushing insurance on Klem, and Dolores whose garden is a no-cat’s land known in the neighborhood. Bruce is the only other primary feline character and is common throughout the tales, often coming into play in Mister Pushkin’s adventures. The descriptions continue to be delightful with examples including describing Dolores as having a face that could incinerate stone and describing a character as having a cadaverous body. Mister Pushkin Turns Over a New Leaf is a delightful second installment in Mister Pushkin’s adventures with new ordeals and heroic antics in twelve tales that are humorous, charming, and brilliant.
