It is beautifully designed to help users define their daily priorities and this is important when it comes to working towards goals. At times, it is easy to forget what really matters when caught in the turmoil and the hectic schedules of the day, but with this tool, readers can define the areas on which to anchor their lives every day. This tool helps readers to identify things they can do every day to nurture themselves, how they want to feel in the day, and the person they want to be. One of the elements of the journal that I loved the most is “My Bold Ask,” which prompts the user to go for something out of their comfort zone.
