Night of the Storm continues the exciting Eura Chronicles by K.N. Lee. The Storm and Flame can finally meet each other face to face. But their adventures together are only just beginning. Now that the barriers are down, chaos is striking every corner of the globe as Wexcyn becomes more powerful. His minions are growing and soon he'll have an army that will take all that the Chosen ones have to give. Can Lilae and Liam find the other Chosen ones and band together to fight for their world? Or will Wexcyn convince them to join his side?

K.N. Lee writes a gripping tale full of adventure and magic. Her world joins those of other mystical creatures and races with humans and shows that, despite their differences, if they have a common goal then those differences can be overcome. I love the Flame and Storm characters. While I wish they had a bit more dialogue related to them actually getting to know each, I understand that their situation prevents some of those talks. Their romance seems a bit fast paced in this novel compared to the first book, Rise of the Flame, where they only knew each other in dreams. On the other hand, the evil plots and machinations are a delight to read as these show the author's creativity and how difficult she is making the adventure for our heroes. If you like books such as The Hunger Games or the Divergent series, you'll love this series. I enjoyed the book. Can't wait for the next one.
