Meditation is a technique that helps us connect with our inner selves, something that is missing nowadays due to the hectic lifestyles we lead. The book also teaches readers how to use techniques taken from the Silva method of healing, hypnosis, Buddhism, Reiki, Osho and Neurolinguistic programs.

Written in simple language, the book has techniques which even children can try out. All the chapters are independent and written with love and care.
