Oasis of Sunrise: Fantasy Romance is the third book in A Dark Elf Romance series by Belinda Jane. Havana was surprised to find that an arranged marriage is set for her future. She does not want to live a loveless life and she does not want to be a prisoner, so she does what she thinks is best and runs away. She hopes to reach Oasis, a safe place where every race lives in peace and harmony. However, to get there she would have to board a ship named Ravager that is captained by an elf Captain called Leon. The moment she steps on the ship, she knows that she will have to keep her heart safe from Leon and his crew members. She has a secret with the potential to start something horrible on the ship. She needs to keep her silence but the more time she spends on this ship, the more she falls in love with the sea and the captain of the ship. What is she going to do now?
Short and complete, this is a story that you will not have a hard time reading in one go. In fact, you will not be able to put it down until you have finished it. Havana and Leon make a good couple; where one is a little headstrong, the other makes sure to bring them back to earth. Where Leon is a bit too serious, Havana gives him a reason to laugh and live a little. The plot was fast-paced, the characters had plenty of time to develop and the narrative was really well-written. All of this made me interested in the story and the characters. I was invested in Havana and Leon and I wanted to know more about them. This is perfect for a quick and entertaining read! It is magical!
