Overcoming Perfectionism: Solutions for Perfectionists by Liisa Kyle, Ph.D. is an insightful and thought-provoking book that speaks about overcoming perfectionism. To all of us who are harsh on ourselves, trying to be perfectionists, the book is an excellent tool that will help us overcome our need to be perfect in all that we do. Perfectionists are rarely happy, and if you have identified yourself as a perfectionist then this book has excellent techniques and suggestions to wean you away from the habits that make us perfectionists. Are you a perfectionist? Read on to learn what makes you a perfectionist and, if you identify as one, then this is a perfect book so that we can tone down our habits a little bit and liberate ourselves from being perfectionists.
