I really enjoyed reading Overcoming The See-Saw Of Wisdom Against Fear by Shon Shree Lewis. The book has a voice and tone that is right on point; it is friendly, but also has a firmness that draws you, as the reader, in to see the world through the author’s eyes. Also, as readers, we get to see how the author performs her actions, as she lives out her daily life, in regard to meditations and taking moments to step back from certain negative situations and turn them into something positive and bearable.
Even though I’m not someone who well versed in the Bible, it was interesting to read some of the examples of the scriptures that were included in Overcoming the See-Saw of Wisdom Against Fear by author Dr. Shon Shree Lewis. I felt that I would be able to use many of the suggestions that she included in her book, especially with regard to containing my emotions, and realizing that fear can be turned into something positive. In this way, we are not ruled by the emotion of fear in our daily lives; we can see it for what it is, and then find a way to meditate on the situation and find a way to be at peace with the particular moment that we are faced with. I recommend Overcoming the See-Saw of Wisdom Against Fear to anyone who is searching for a way to conquer their fears with the help of God above. This book will be a great addition to your personal library.
