Paranormally Yours: Haunted Intrusions follows the life of author David Allan as he is met time and time again with hauntings, paranormal activity, dealings with the occult, and even psychic experiences. Included in the book are firsthand accounts of poltergeist activity, spooky happenings with a Jack-in-the-Box, past life recollections, haunted apartments, voodoo dolls, psychic readings, and eerie levitations. It is clear from an overall reading that the author has a connection with the spirit world, and he has chosen to share those experiences in the form of short stories that depict each specific haunted happening. In addition to the short stories, there are also pictures included so the reader can visualize the family members involved and some of the actual places. While reading, it is best to keep a light on!
While most of the stories were intriguing, a few stood out. There is one particular story involving a psychic experience David Allan had before getting onto an airplane that really grabbed my interest — anyone in that position would be frightened! Also, I enjoyed the story with the psychic, and I really liked the story about the seance. There were also some stories about premonitions involving celebrities that were intriguing, and the tale of the vortex left me wondering about such occurrences. Clearly, paranormal activity literally follows the author around. Paranormally Yours: Haunted Intrusions is a fascinating account of one man’s lifetime experiences with the paranormal. It is recommended to those who are interested in the paranormal or have a fondness for books about ghosts and the occult.
